Illini hung 90 and slowed it down the last 8 min of the game. It obviously helps when you make 15 threes. But this team will make 15 threes a good amount of times. I don’t see 20 teams better than Illini right now. Early rankings dont matter but this is currently a top 20 team.

We went the entire calendar years of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 without being ranked in basketball or football a single week. Now? Basketball finished last season #6 in the AP Poll and football is currently #19. It’s just incredible how We Will Win has come to fruition.
