I refuse to build another tool for devs. They are too cheap, too critical and too worried about the tech. Build for people that can’t do what you do. If you ran a landscaping business would your target audience be someone that does landscaping on the side?

I see so many devs who think building in public is sharing the technical journey. Stop talking about coding! Tell the story of the problem and how you solve it. If you can’t, you don’t have a product anyone needs or will want.

I want to encourage all you indie devs to think like users. The tech doesn’t really matter. It’s all about user experience and marketing. Specifically for most of us having product led marketing.

Been building saas and websites with ai for a few months. If you’re an entry level dev just try to start your own something. There’s no chance companies keep hiring humans when ai can do your weeks worth the work in 15 mins.
