4 @eir rep did point out that the Complaints Dept was closed as it was after 5. So - at least 6 working days for @eir to resolve the issue - not 2. BTW - @eir please don’t ask me to DM - I did that yesterday and you ignored me

3 @eir contractors turned up at 2.30pm today and departed at 5pm with the problem unresolved. They never called to the house. @eir says someone should be at the house next Monday from 8-12 so they can get access and offered us the number of the Complaints Dept if we had an issue

2 @eir said they’d be there to fix the issue by cob Wed. They turned up - at 4.30pm & left at 5pm. @eir said they’d be back today as the fault hadn’t been resolved within normal working hours. We were asked to have someone at the house in case they needed access

1 @eir Our Wi Fi died last Saturday - we rang your helpline and your staff acknowledged the fault. They said it would be resolved within 2 working days. On Wed morning they said that meant by close of business Wed as fault was reported by @eir to subcontractor on Mon - seriously!
