@vintedUK you have failed me as a buyer. I have told you many times my parcel is lost, you gave my money to the seller anyway. Now you block the seller…angry at the lack of support from automated replies and generic emails saying it is being investigated, now I’m out of pocket

@askryanair please help! I can’t get checked in on line due to error code 412, after changing name of passenger, wrong date of birth is stored. Online chat keeps throwing me out. #panic #stress #ryanair

@CamplifyTeam @TheRAC_UK Perhaps there needs to be some re-evaluation of the service offered by the RAC. This has been nothing short of a disaster. Very stressful for all parties involved, I am very disappointed in @TheRAC_UK

@TheRAC_UK & @CamplifyTeam how can it possibly take 20 hours to actually get a tow truck to my broken down vehicle? Stirling is only an hour away…Camplify did their best #killin #onehourfromatown #roadsiderecovery #rac #useless

@virginmedia Yes, it’s very frustrating indeed! It’s my media account. The email address didn’t work either. So this is the only response I am likely to achieve. Can you offer contact details?

@HastingsHelp can you tell me how to cancel my policy/renewal? Your chat is never available and the quote is double last year for the same policy. Been trying for a week. Poor show @HastingsDirect
