My latest contract, assisting with a new TFM tender… Is it normal practice in today’s market for large FM bidders to drop out at the final stages with no comms as to why - just radio silence? I’m not sure why they’d do that? #facman #interim

A few months now into my existing contract. It’s a start up which has grown from 6-35 people in the last 4 months I’m working with the resourcing team and got talking about onboarding in a remote environment, I was told it should be easy as ‘we don’t have a culture yet’ 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️
