@KateMorris1 @debremner @Guanajuatouk @oneredmouse your systems should be working , But there is more you should do.
@aquilatec @debremner Yes I agree. Companies that treat customers in this fashion are not making good business decision.
@KateMorris1 @debremner @Guanajuatouk @debremner Kate I think you should call me tomorrow. 0207 451 3080

@186k looks like our email is flowing through now , other records like VPN are taking there time.
@186k so it was a power issue after all not a network issue! Where is your generator backup? Do you have one?
@186k one would think looking at your outage page 186k-outage.blogspot.co.uk that is now up that nothing happened
@186k looks like your freedomnames web site is up but no one picks up the phone
@186k look I need to know if we are looking at resolving this in 24hr if you can not tell me I have to look at my options
@186k it's generally sensible to keep customers informed , currently I am can only speculate we will be out for weeks
@186k @kevinscholey not providing Infomation now is makeing a bad situation worse it's reckless and unprofessional
@186k @kevinscholey please call me as requested you must provide more Infomation for us to know what we should do!
@186k @kevinscholey what is the nature of the outage that makes saying anything useful impossible?
@186k @kevinscholey I don't treat my customers like this you should not either
@186k @kevinscholey so it's a main carrier network issue? And you are routing calls over ip?
@186k @kevinscholey is this a power issue ... is that why phones are down?
@186k can you please call me on my main line 0207 4513080
