I had a strange experience at the Tata Croma outlet in Gandhi Bazaar, Bangalore. I visited the outlet to purchase a tablet, today. They refused to accept my Haryana-registered GST number, saying they only accept Karnataka-registered GST numbers!!!!! @cromaretail @tata_neu

@ZoomCarIndia Any new info on this issue? Any solutions? I have been patiently waiting for 4 months now. It can't possibly take this long to solve a customer's problem

@ZoomCarIndia Pathetic service. Returned a damaged car, experienced a breakdown and got a replacement car after 8 hours. Trip ended on 29th July... is yet to be closed on the app. Refunds not received even after 31 days. Emails don't help. Customer care unreachable

@TurjoBorua @ZoomCarIndia Couldn't agree more. It's been 112 days... they are yet to process the refund... even more hilarious, my booking has not yet been closed and I continue to get SMSs letting me know that they are charging toll payments to the balance they retain. Bunch of cheats

@IndiGo6E If IndiGo could have their way, they would insist that passengers set up residence in the airport to take one of their flights... Report 3 hours in advance for a domestic flight!!!!
