Most recent build: obliterated75 in lilac with modded lavender linear switches and dressed up with botanical. This was a really fun one because I wasn’t given switch or board preference information, just some colors they liked and tried to build a keyboard to match.

Game 18: The isle of Cats, Rating: pretty/kitty. Cramming cats onto a boat strategically, in a tile placing deck drafting game. Looks awesome and definitely has some replay ability. We didn’t get to play the expansion but it looks like it adds a ton to the game.

Game 17: GIJoe deck building game, Rating: porkchop/sandwiches. Co-op deck builder with a GIJoe theme, lots of nostalgia and tons of frustration. The game is pretty and plays well but it’s really difficult, which normally isn’t a problem but this game is not for casual play.

Game 16:Summoner Wars, Rating: pretty fun/10. Classic 2 player card battle game. This later edition had much needed art updates and looked great. If you’re into deck battles, this one is a must.

Game 15: Radlands, Rating: copyright infringement?/10. Cyberpunk meets borderlands in a 2 player card battle. Stunning components and card art ( this edition also had playmats) the game itself is a little dry but fun and very pretty.

Game 14: Scout. Rating: spiel des jahres/10. Amazingly clever little card game. Only released in Japan so haven’t played before but this game is something special.

Game 13: The Quest for El Dorado, Rating: Gold? Later edition if a classic game, fun and pretty simple, mostly asymmetric and pretty fast. Not bad at all.

Game 12: Western Legends, Rating: yee/haw. Open world western game, I’ve been wanting to play forever and it didn’t disappoint.

Game 11: Aqua Garden, Rating: where are all the sea horses/10. Basically “Parks” but underwater. Cool mechanic with managing the aquarium o2 consumption. Not bad at all.

Game 10: Herbaceous, Rating: thyme/10. Really fun, simple card game. We played 2x in a row and it was like 30 mins total. Definitely picking this one up

Game 9: Tidal Blades, Rating: Fish People / 10. Massive, sprawling game with beautiful components and boards. Game itself is fun with a good amount of strategy balanced with dice rolls. Worth a try for sure

Game 7: Llama Land, Rating: Llama/Llama. Very cute fun game, super light but requires some brain power. Good for the whole family.

Game 5: Three Sisters, Rating: pumpkins/10. Overwhelming seeming but a really nuanced roll and write. Lots of ways to win and moves really fast. Probably the best roll and write I’ve ever played (disclaimer is I haven’t played a ton of them)
