@sgloscouncil Thank you. I have dropped a message just now with details requested.

@sgloscouncil I had paid for garden waste sub on 6 July but is not reflecting on my account, so no collection. I tried calling number advertised on website to report but no one answers. I submitted the web form to report account issues but no response. How do I get this resolved?

@ubereats_uk Please could you help get a response from Uber Support? The order I placed yesterday was delivered to the wrong address evidenced by photo uploaded by delivery driver and location pin of drop off point. I have not heard from Cust. Service despite multiple follow ups.

@finalfantasyvii @PlayStationUK Can put these up all over the world, thanks to stick drift in PS5 controllers. Those returns had a purpose!

@SparkytheMarky @AmazonHelp In this day and age of advanced tech, should not be too difficult to put a limit on orders taken and ensure they are fulfilled! Amazon customer service and support is not as good as it used to be. Greed has started to get in the way.

Hello @AmazonHelp. I pre-ordered PULSE Explore earbuds on 11 Nov’23 due for delivery before 10pm today. Received email 5 hours before delivery deadline the new estimated delivery date is 21st December. Did Amazon just take pre-orders not knowing these orders can be fulfilled?

@AmazonHelp By the way, the offer to email a copy of Amazon chat support is still open if you would like to do something about bad customer service.

@AmazonHelp Awesome. I hope this remains online as an example for other customers who are pre-ordering from Amazon! I will be cancelling my pre-order.

@AmazonHelp I would expect Amazon to have a count of units coming in from Sony and take pre-orders accordingly. I was trying to communicate this via web chat for the last hour. Let me know if you would like a copy of that for quality assurance / training. Crash course on what not to do.

@AmazonHelp Hello David. Thanks for responding. I reached out as I am not happy with a revised delivery date. Amazon held on to £200 for a month and hours before delivery, delayed by 2 weeks. So I would like to understand why does Amazon take orders that you are unsure about fulfilling?

@SaltagreppoD2 Could you please clarify why you are keen on changing the entire community’s experience calling out for nerfs? I am a lazy gamer and don’t mind people trying new things whilst I run the usual load outs. You could make your experience challenging by running ‘non-meta’. Win-win?

@Jarvenis The better half

Hello @Apple @AppleSupport . I recently purchased an iPhone (online store). DPD lost track of it after it arrived at local depot. 1.5 weeks later, the Apple investigation is still ongoing. Tracking link clearly shows device has not been delivered. Could you ship a replacement?

@LittleLightD2 Thank you. That worked.

@LittleLightD2 Hello. Anyone else getting this error whilst using the app after the recent update?

@2K - Pls could you help? Almost exhausted all avenues! My only option would be to try and return the game to Amazon! Tried logging a request FAO Gearbox on Zendesk, Twitter and FB. Got disc from Amazon UK recently and Super Deluxe Ed code in the box had expired! R:244498

@GearboxOfficial I recently bought BL3 Super Deluxe Edition from Amazon. The voucher code included in the box for DLCs making up the Super Deluxe Edition had already expired. Contacted Gearbox Software Support (ticket 244498). Please could you help progress the request?

@Borderlands - Please could you help with this? Online request number 244498.

Support responded initially, checked purchase details and sent out a replacement code which also did not work unfortunately. I have attached screenshots and evidence in the ticket. No updates for the last 2 days. Appreciate if someone at @GearboxOfficial can help with resolution.
