🚨Toni Kroos on Barcelona's controversial 5–2 victory over Real Betis: 🗣️Reporter: Toni, there has been controversy surrounding Barcelona's victory over Real Betis, with some people bringing up the Negreira case again. As a former Real Madrid player, what is your reaction? 🎙️Toni Kroos: Honestly, I know which direction this conversation is coming from, and I think people need to be careful. I'm a former Real Madrid player, and nobody can question my connection to that club, but that doesn't mean I have to agree with everything that comes from the Madrid side. Barcelona won 5–2 today, and suddenly, instead of discussing the football, people are bringing up Negreira and suggesting that Barcelona cheated to win. If there are specific incidents to analyse, then analyse them. Look at the decisions, explain them and let people judge based on the evidence. But you cannot turn every Barcelona victory into another argument about referees simply because you don't like seeing them win. 🗣️Reporter: Do you think Real Madrid have also benefited from refereeing decisions over the years? 🎙️Toni Kroos: Of course, there have been controversial decisions involving every major club, including Real Madrid. And if we're going to have an honest conversation about refereeing, we cannot pretend that Madrid have never benefited from questionable decisions. There have been plenty of debates about decisions involving Madrid over the years, yet people seem to forget those conversations whenever Barcelona are the team under scrutiny. I'm not saying Barcelona should never be criticised. No club should be above criticism. But the same standards must apply to everybody. If you're going to question Barcelona's victories, you must also be willing to examine Real Madrid's controversial decisions. Football history cannot be judged with one set of rules for Barcelona and another for Madrid. Barcelona played their match today, scored five goals and won. Discuss their football, discuss the refereeing incidents and present the evidence. But don't automatically turn a victory into a cheating allegation just because the result makes you uncomfortable. Being a former Madrid player doesn't mean I have to abandon common sense whenever Barcelona win.

🚨🎙️ Casemiro on his funny conversation with Messi after his brace against Atalanta United Reporter🎙️: We saw you having a conversation with Messi immediately after his second goal. What did he tell you? Casemiro🗣️: (laughs) Honestly, I was still trying to understand his first goal, and a few minutes later, he scored again and had everyone questioning whether this man is really 39 years old, as he claims. I had to run as fast as I could just to celebrate with him! He looked at me and said, “Hey, Case, you’ve been rock solid lately. The way you’re helping organize our defense has been incredible.” Then he thanked me, and honestly, that meant a lot. Coming from Leo, those words carry a different kind of weight. Reporter🎙️: And what did you say to him? Casemiro: (laughs) I told him, “Don’t worry, Leo. I’ll go to hell defending you!” He looked at me like he couldn’t believe what I’d just said, then immediately pulled me into a huge hug. (laughs) That was a beautiful moment. People sometimes forget how much suffering I’ve been through playing against this man. I’ve spent years trying to stop him, preparing for games knowing he could decide everything in a single moment. Now, I finally have the opportunity to stand beside him instead of trying to stop him. Honestly, I see it as a privilege. Playing alongside Messi is something special, and the more time you spend with him, the more you understand why people speak about him the way they do. For me, he’s the greatest player football has ever seen. 🐐

🚨🎙️ Isco on the Negreira case and Barcelona’s controversial win against Real Betis. Reporter: After this game, do you genuinely believe Barcelona have been favoured by the referees? Isco: “Honestly, I’ve been hearing about the Negreira case for years, even when I was playing for Real Madrid. You know how big the rivalry between Madrid and Barcelona is. Every little thing becomes a controversy. “But if you ask me what I really think, sometimes I feel Real Madrid are becoming too obsessed with Barcelona. If the allegations are true, let the investigation establish that and let the proper authorities decide. But we cannot keep talking about it forever without reaching a conclusion. “Look at the Barcelona team from those days. Messi, Busquets, Iniesta and Xavi in the same squad. Do you understand what that means? When you have that kind of quality, you already have every reason to believe you can beat anybody. Honestly, you have to ask yourself why a team like that would need to pay referees to win football matches. “As a Madrid player back then, these were not things you could always openly question. You knew how intense the rivalry was, and sometimes you felt that speaking too much could put your own position at the club under pressure. “And about today’s game, I know people are talking about the red card, the disallowed goal and everything else. But if you understand football, you know Barcelona didn’t cheat us out of this result. Lamine provoked Bernal, Bernal reacted badly, and he paid the price. The disallowed goal was also a close decision involving a possible handball. “I’m not going to lose a match and start discrediting my opponents just because I’m disappointed. Barcelona played excellent football, and they deserved their win. “Sometimes you have to accept that the better team won. Barcelona are among the best teams in the world right now, and there is no shame in losing to a team of that quality. Our job is to learn, improve and come back stronger.”
