I’ve been totally out of the FM content loop for more than a year (following our cross-country move). It seems the style on YouTube has really changed. A lot of “simulation” saves that get a lot of views. I saw a great video by @lollujo discussing this change. Interesting… #FM24

My sister sadly passed away from cancer on Monday. My heart is truly broken. Now when I see people fighting with strangers online about games, I can only shake my head at the extreme stupidity of it all. They’re games. Enjoy them. Focus on what matters and brings joy…not the BS.
Don’t take those you love for granted. They could be gone in an instant. Nobody’s life has been worse off by 1 more hug, 1 more call, 1 more chat over coffee, or 1 more “I love you.” Life is precious and fleeting.
I agree with @theoldzealand that #FM25 will be released in March and fiscal year pressure is most likely the reason. I expect the game to be a bit of a mess. I’ve been conditioned by other gaming companies to believe it’ll be a hot mess.
Well…I reckon I’ll need to find a new #FM24 save. Probably will sim the 23/24 season and see what the game spits out.
For #FM25 I reckon a proper 🇩🇪 save is on the cards again for me. So many great options available in both the 2. Bundesliga and 3. Liga to rebuild a big club fallen on hard times. Hamburg, Köln, Hertha, Kaiserslautern, Rostock, and Dresden to just name a few I’d pick from. ⚽️

Sick toddlers are rough for everyone in the house. Been up since 3:00am. Now it’s ☕️ and watching some ⚽️ related YouTube videos and catching up on what people have been doing with #FM24 the last while.
It’s been a few months since I fired up #FM24 since life got in the way (work and now in the middle of a house buy & planning a cross-country move). But I’m getting the itch to load it up and play a bit again.
