@JadeshannonP Do you feel tired, stressed, out of your depth and a little lonely? If so it's probably what being a trainee feels like.
I wonder if anyone has ever tested the power of wishing on stars...
I don't want to go to work today, I want to stay in bed and sleep. I'm tired and my mouth tastes of wine.
It's strange how getting rid of a massive task can feel so rewarding. I'll be so happy once these files are off my desk and task list.
Know-it-all trainee in my department just phoned me to check I'm on top of my tasks and to tell me how to do this job, hmmm...
Amused that someone on my Facebook is mad that people are using her as 'an escape goat'.
Just realised that this is the first weekend for six weeks that I've been boyfriendless. No wonder doing my own thing felt so good.
Really annoyed that our internet has been suspended as the housemate in charge hasn't paid and has no idea where the bill is and is away.
@_millymoo Good, some of the best lawyers from my old firm were paralegals but sadly some people looked down on that.
@_millymoo How broad is your definition of lawyer? Many paralegals do the same job as solicitors but never wish to qualify.
Must remember I have wanted this since I was 12 and it will all be worth it in the end.
@LeSaintEloise Moving to London is exciting! I hope you've planned some exploring/general wandering time.
The file I'm working on smells like newly dyed tights.
God bless the office vending machine and it sustaining me until I can have proper food.
I'm fed up of everything being urgent, I just want to go home and sleep. They're all massive tasks too. Eating in the office tonight I think
It makes me happy when stuff I've drafted goes out and has only been minorly amended.
@ri_macca Maybe I can steal a plush chair from one of the meeting rooms when everyone's gone home.
Is life imitating #thejury? www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-15839982
Three months into my training contract. At what point does it become enjoyable? And when do I get a comfier chair?
