@GOVUK i have requested for a refund on my wife's visa, sent in a query and also paid for it and still haven't got a response. Query was sent in on 22nd July Ref No. 976584 it's been more than 15 days no response after we followed up they responded to the query stating closed.
We have been using Tata Tele Broadband. Our internet is down since 9th April we have been calling but no response.. we are working from home and its tough. Pls don't make it worse for us.. pls help.. this is the right time to show your customer obsession.. thank you!
