If you're not afraid of strange ideas: do the opposite of what the situation is requiring you to (rather for the 18+ audience as there is *much* insight sense required)

What I may have learned this month; 1 The brain is capable of logical/analytical problem solving, yet equally as much of creating beauty/empathy 2 Everything starts with a dream and it ain't easy 3 Optimistic people have an addon in solving problems. Excess gets you in trouble

So I'm being recommended by my calendar to no just do a to-do list (which I do so a certain extend) for the chores to yet to be checked off - but also for the ones I've done So I've started reading early with herbal tea before sleep, and today jogging with lift-ups as new habits

Man- that inaugural speach, I was frankly inspired. Granted, I have no frame of reference as never listened to one. But damn, I felt it, yet didn't feel the time passing. His speech was interesting however. It wasn't stuttering, it was trying to say the next/similar word too soon

Sorry but seriously tiring to hear all the 'superman bless you' religious insertion in the american system. Writing superman opposed to Morgan Freeman (god) so you can understand how it resonates in my ears. my opinion.

A concept is like a brick. You can use it to build a justice establishment where coexistence is nurtured. Or you can throw it through a window. =P

So Barbara Friedrickson (american psychologist) has done research about and proved the a positive attitude and optimism strengthens your capacity to focus and resolve issues. They enlarge the capacity of the brains. Pessimism reduces the functioning of the porfontal cortex.

@MrBeastYT You are beautiful. Enjoy the journey of understanding that big enchanting chaos, gruesome and dreamlike at the same time. There are no rules, excepts the ones which consequences you abide to. Now get your lazy ass up, fight for your dreams and let no one tell you any different!!
