Xcode 26 added build caching. Set COMPILATION_CACHE_ENABLE_CACHING=YES in xcodebuild. It creates CompilationCache.noindex in Derived Data. Use a custom Derived Data folder with this inside for faster builds. Clean: 181s, cached: 40s. I am sure they will add a cache server too
