@phoebesaid @Ford @freep @freepautos @MarvelStudios I’m just a regular person who reserved a Bronco in July 2020. But since @Ford reneged on their promise to fill reservations before dealer stock, I may not get one until 2024. Ford used us as a marketing gimmick, but doesn’t care about us as customers #reservationsoverallocations

@jimfarley98 It's an awesome rig for sure. But not as awesome as it would be if you'd stop punishing us reservation holders with orders at the "wrong dealers" by tweaking the allocation formula to take trucks away from them and award them to the mega dealers who are gouging their customers.

Over THREE WEEKS and counting. That is how long it has been since @Ford has announced the '22 dealer allocation formula for the Bronco. The formula clearly prioritizes large volume dealers over long time reservations holders. @MrLevine @jimfarley98 @Ford Please fix this cluster.

@MrLevine Plenty of folks are justifiably annoyed by the delay in their own Bronco. The bigger issue is @Ford changing the allocation rules for '22 to leave reservations behind. Honor your word @jimfarley98 #reservationsoverallocations

@scott06gt @fordofeatontown @MrLevine @jimfarley98 @MrLevine 'It's the small dealers fault for trying to to grab more customers by offering under MSRP - switch to a bigger dealer with more allocation" - and get screwed by a surprise ADM on arrival. Ford's Bronco sales policy is going to sell a ton of extra Wranglers.

@MrLevine @robtraut @KogodBiz I don't think anyone has issues with Ford changing their allocations formula, but don't do it retroactively. Keep to your initial promise to deliver Broncos in the order they were reserved by customers. I think that's only fair.

@MrLevine @robtraut @KogodBiz Tone deaf response Mike. Blaming customers for choosing a dealer that A) knows the product, B) is transparent and C) agrees up front to a price. Wow. This affects more than just dealers with special pricing. Small rural dealers with fewer reservations are in the same boat.

@MrLevine @robtraut @KogodBiz When I submitted my reservation Ford communication was “Reserve your Bronco with the dealer of your choosing and all reservations would be built prior to stock units”. Now over a year later, I'm being told that it could be years before my Bronco is built because a dealer (1).
