That's because when people read less, they lean more on emotional cues and social media vibes rather than a good reasoned analysis. I'm sure we can all see it playing out today with the laws being passed and lack of nuanced analysis in decision making.

"literally" is simply an overstatement which is my point so don't be obtuse. Social class is an influence but not a determinant. Core values are deeply personal and multifaceted and are influenced by a variety of factors throughout our lives.
