@reliancejio Jio is not refunding my money since past 2 months. Customer has to break their head to get a sensible response from executives. I have seen absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service from jio. Please refer my case LR0000070IY0.

@reliancejio Jio keeps closing my service requests without resolving them, without my consent, and without site visits, even after multiple reschedules. After paying for 12 months upfront, this is unacceptable. No refund offered. Terrible service. @JioCare @reliancejio #jioairfiber

@RailwaySeva Suddenly got a message that my train is cancelled. why not railway pays a cancellation fees to passengers but a passenger does ? This seems like a nightmare to people , hope government understand this issue @RailMinIndia @TheLallantop
