WOW - The Liberals just quietly removed the rule that employers must TRY to hire a Canadian, before bringing in a foreign worker, for high paying jobs. They scrapped the "prove you looked for a Canadian first" test. This, weeks after Canada lost 68,000 jobs & youth unemployment hit a wall. The Liberals are now actively plotting against Canadian workers. CANADA FIRST.
