@ningsellesgffr @emperfectforyou @lacesouI i relate but im obese so idk why youd take advice from me but u can do very mild workouts and progressively increase it to what u can handle. like if u want to run marathons u have to train up to it it wont just come instantly because u want to. i hope that comparison makes sense
