The steps mentioned on doing incremental changes that reaps benefits in the long run was a real eye opener. It also goes into details about tidying vs behavioral changes and when to strike the balance between doing both at the same time.

A couple of years now with this beauty. No way im going back to a normal keyboard ever again! And yes, i can still type fine on my laptop and on any other normal keyboard. Its funny how the brain works to adapt to situations.

Don't compare yourself to others. Everyone's journey is different. Learn from it and adapt it to what works for you. Be the best possible version of yourself everyday. Its a journey and not a destination. Onwards and upwards.
