But the fact that unqualified ang opinion means that the financial statements has been presented fairly in all MATERIAL respects

@volleyxnanon3rd @thun_poop @datumx11 It does not. Pero if there is fraud at unqualified opinion ka, it means the misstatement is immaterial that it will not affect the financial statements. Kasi the material portion has already been reviewed and validated.

If you did not get an unqualified opinion, something’s wrong with the financials. Yun na nga, walang budget pero nagfunction.
