Stonecrop doesn’t get enough love as an edible. It’s a succulent so when fresh it has a nice texture & the flavor is mild. In Korea they make a spring salad out of it with vinegar, garlic, & soy sauce. Found across eastern North America; often near gullies/creeks #dirtmagic
