My mother was so supportive my freshman year… got lots of pics of me handing out water 😂. She would ask me “did you tell your teammates how well they did” That’s the difference. She never complained I was a sub. She told me to work harder and there is a role even on the bench

The sun came up this morning! Here’s what is so AWESOME about our game... Adversity is always coming for us. Moment(s) where we are challenged to our core, where true character is revealed! The Game has to know...and it’s revealing to US! That’s where the growth happens!!!

Father to all of us @Teacherman1986, “we split the grip to torque the dam thing, give me some effort”! Many debate this man, but you won’t find anyone more obsessed to get the message to sink in!

This is to show the intent behind the stick drills for the kinetic chain. Mostly, we want to initiate hip rotation and external shoulder rotation BEFORE we accelerate the downward arm motion. #MechanicsMonday

Swinging just to swing in BP or swinging with a purpose? - It’s okay to fail in batting practice, it’s December. - Do not worry if you don’t square up every ball. Even big leaguers miss hit some. - At the end of the day only one thing matters...the game.
