DLSS v310.4 for super resolution, frame generation, and ray reconstruction has been added. If you don't see the change on launch click the refresh button in the library page to update your local manifest.

Oh, also, because this is REALLY important. If you swap to v310.3 and then use NVAPP to change preset K it will actually load v310.2.1 and not your swapped v310.3.
