Hey @MoDOT_KC having every ramp closed at I-29 and 169 north with no warning is not cool. The ramp closed sign 50 feet from the actual ramp doesn’t count. Cars slamming on their brakes at night could have caused serious accidents. DO BETTER!

@aliciaandrz I’m intrigued by this class. Jealous of your students who get to take it.

@motleyjoo @Phillygirl741 @emilykmay They are lucky. Conferences are often paid for, but I’m definitely going on my own time.

@HospDude @emilykmay Than your sister if very lucky. Lucky she has the time to coach extra and lucky she makes that much money. With a masters degree I will cap at just under $100,000, but that’s after I take more hours to move over on the pay scale. As for sumemrs off, I’m sure she doesn’t something

@emilykmay And I don’t know about there, but while I do get a paycheck 12 months a year, I’m only being paid for the 190 days I’ve worked. That’s why most teachers I know have a second job or pick up work in the summer on top of whatever ever they are doing to prepare for the upcoming year.

@Phillygirl741 @emilykmay Teachers often go to conferences, workshops, and take their own classes in the summer. They also spend a lot of their summers planning for the upcoming year. So not quite having the summers off

@joe4deadcat @emilykmay You’re right. They work way more than that. Nights, weekends, and even the summers when most people think they are off.

@culvers my family loves you. Like we eat here at least once a week. But you know what would make me love you more? A rewards program! Give me some discounts, free cheese curds, something! Help a sister out!

Another false start. So lets just ignore them all. I am fine if the league allows a tush push but it is a false start 90% of the time

@aliciaandrz Working in an elementary school I don’t often have to debrief with my students, but having a 17 year old makes it hard and just going to work makes it harder.
