Halo @TelkomCare knp sih hrs komplain di media sosial kah agar dpt respon ? Sy tlp 147 sbnyk 2x dan sdh dcatat permintaan utk berhenti paket tambahan. Tpi smpi skrg tdk ada penyelesaian 🤦♀️
Bgmn dg pertnyaan saya via DM yg menanyakan kalo line tdk aktif tpi muncul tagihan lokal ???? Tolonglah... Saya lelah berurusan dg kalian @TelkomCare 😔
Kenapa hr lewat media sosial, kalian @TelkomCare baru kerja ? Perlu sy skrinsut DM kalian disini yg menyatakan bhw line tlp DINYATAKAN sdh tdk aktif sjk tgl 29 Nov, tpi berbeda dg konfirmasi yg sy terima dri petugas barusan yg sy terima ?
Stlh dtg lsg ke Plaza Telkom Magelang tgl 29 Nov 2018. Kirim email tgl 3 Jan 19. Dan hri ini mengeluh di media sosial dan baru dpt tanggapan 😔. Kalian bisa bygkan tdk kalau kalian sbgi pelanggan/masy biasa ? @TelkomCare
Dan....,sore ini ada tlp dri petugas telkom yg konfirmasi krn ada "laporan kalau tlp tdk bisa digunakan". Siapa yg melaporkan ???? Saya minta dicabut ! Kalian luar biasa...😔 cc @TelkomCare @YLKI_ID
Dan sekarang, Jan 2019, tagihan masih seperti biasa ! Luar biasa kinerjanya...😑. Selalu lelah hati & pikiran kalo menyangkut perush yg satu ini 😔 cc @TelkomCare @YLKI_ID
Dear @TelkomCare petugas menyampaikan baru bs dproses bulan berikutnya krn sdh akhir bulan. Bl Des 18, tag msh normal dan line tlp sy cek tetap aktif ! Tdk ada satupun konf dri Telkom utk memastikan apa bnr sy meminta utk mencabut line telpon.
Dear @TelkomCare pd tgl 29 nov 18 sy dtg ke Plaza Telkom Magelang utk pengajuan pencabutan saluran tlp krn tidak dipakai. Tdk dminta utk mengisi apa2 dan hny djanjikan utk dtindaklanjuti. Kapan ?????
