I wonder how @levelsio manages the risk that his Singapore entity is considered to have a Permanent Establishment in Portugal due to its one-dude management configuration who does his thing from Portugal? Don't see how the NHR stuff helps avoid this.

@steveofmcleod I've had a LiFX smart bulb in my living room(s) for ~7 years now, named "Lighty McLightbulb".

@Nick_Franklin Well yeah, although things weren't so pleasant in 2012 with the 1 AUD was > 1 USD.

@steveofmcleod hehe every bloody time. And a new take on it: Big co. acquires small co. (who is a longtime customer) and so Big co. demands you fill out "the paperwork". Reluctantly you do it. Some years later Big Co. does a corporate restructure, and asks you to repeat the process.

@rodemics Looking at the colon placement before the serial number, would you say this is a counterfeit mic?

@lox @SarahMoran I have one with @NAB .. and after 12 years they suddenly decided to demand certified copies of all the company & trust documents again (in possession of my accountant and I'm currently overseas) and froze the account in the meantime.

@latitude_fs Your 28 Degrees direct debit form has gone AWOL. The link points to a 404. Where can I find it?

@VicGovEPA Ever notice that loud, illegally modified motorcycle exhausts are ubiquitous in Victoria (likely more than 50% of bikes on the road)? If you made an online form - like your cigarette litter one - and took action based on it, we would see significant community benefits.

@cityofmelbourne By allowing diesel and petrol generators to be used in high traffic pedestrian areas, instead of requiring proper electrical connections?

@Wiggle_Sport more than 3 weeks to deliver and when it finally arrives it looks like this (with small items floating around inside). Last time I'm ordering from wiggle.

@auspost what's the process for reporting a delivery driver who drives past without stopping and marks all deliveries as "no safe place to leave"? 3006 postcode.

@cityofmelbourne It's right in front of the Arts Centre market, I've seen it there regularly, not only on Sundays. This has been going on for more than 12 months.

@cityofmelbourne How is it acceptable to permanently permit a food truck to use a petrol generator rather than connect to an electricity supply?

@bicycle_network Any idea how I can find out in what state the main yarra trail currently is - all the way up to Eltham? Planning to ride it on a roadie but flood damage might make that problematic.
