@antiteddyclub File a report but don’t expect any action to be taken. I was hit intentionally on 3/12 and nothing has been done. Similar to you I had the license plate and contact information for the witnesses. I did call to follow up several weeks after, but nobody was assigned to investigate.

.@CityMinneapolis can you clarify this? This sounds like bike lanes are only bike lanes until literally anyone wants them for anything else. If a cyclist is hit and killed, does it not count because the poor SUV needed *cough* WANTED the illegal parking spot?
