@Toyota_India @ToyotaMotorCorp I had bought a Toyota Hycross from IJM Toyota Gurugram over a month ago. There seems to be a total mess up of the registration with no satisfactory response from dealers. Coming from Toyota this is unbelievable.

Update.... Finally after 15 phone calls, apologies from customer service, assurances of delivery today etc etc, nothing happened. I cancelled the order. Will go to phone store and buy. Much less stressful than talking to CS and explaining the same repeatedly with no result.
