the usual steps to complete a ens transfer: 1. original holder sells or transfers the nft (don't update registrant, this will not transfer the nft) 2. new holder updates controller 3. new holder updates addresses records

why dont stop losses exist for aave and compound borrowing? concept: - allow borrower to set a price for any borrowed asset - when oracle says current price is above set price, allow liquidator to return that asset, liquidating as much collateral as needed
