I've enjoyed reading the texts of #AScareADay. I thank @RomGothSam, who organizes this October foray into works, frightening, strange & full of goings-on that prompt me to listen closely to that sound coming from an empty room, or to peer behind me when walking on deserted paths.

Sometimes a family legacy is not land, heirlooms, or a good reputation - all of which can be lost or damaged. Sometimes, as in Qurat Dar's "Inheritance", a grandson is left with something that can't be lost or damaged - some*thing that can't be escaped, only endured. #AScareADay

It's all mirth & merriment during a Christmas party in A.M. Burrage's "Smee" until a few of the players encounter the consummate player who can't give up the game, no matter how the game ended 10 years previously. The game of Smee wouldn't work as well during daytime. #AScareADay
