They might see 1 who is beat down, tired & vulnerable. People often don’t see you for what you could be. What U will be. If you are tired, vulnerable & defeated know this- you were meant to soar high above this situation. You will soar. Never forget who you are. Who God made you.

Love my office but love being in the field more! Got to visit several elevators this week. Some of my favorites are those small, old, country elevators that are just crushing it.

It’s not hard to find someone who is complaining or offering you advice on what you need to do. It’s a rare thing to find someone who will be transparent with their struggles. Who will share their heart. Those are truly gems.

I’ve heard it said “strong leaders don’t put others down, they lift them up.” I’ve seen leaders that have to build their case, reputation, reported skills/accomplishments based upon how much better they are than others. Do a good job. Lift others up. It will take you far.
