Love this approach - "Trailblazer" in @Cancer_Cell. Neoadjuvant chemo-ICI in marginally resectable patients. Led to 25% resection rate and good EFS/OS in both arms. Surgery and RT both safe. Shouldn't we consider giving our best therapy up front?
