Despite repeated requests on every level, @NottmTrentUni unable to address the issues of students. Int. Stud. are facing serious academic loss, the rigid attitude of the university is stressing the studnts. Pak banks r not processing int. payments making it worse to pay at once!

@ABCTransportPlc First, your Mobile app sucks, please fix the payment part. Secondly, your supposed staff in Port Harcourt abused my sister(mentioning her mum) today all because we insisted that we cannot sleep over in PH because it wasn't communicated to us before boarding from Lagos to Calabar

@OraimoMate It’s ironic that you guys are celebrating women whilst inflicting pain on a customer who’s a woman. It reeks of insensitivity and goes to show how much value you place on your customers.

@OraimoMate your policy states that warranty on your products doesn’t cover physical damaged and altered product, but you delivered an altered product??? You delivered a power-bank that’s looking fairly used!! Please do the needful @OraimoMate

@OraimoMate You can't be celebrating international Women's Day #IWD23 while refusing to replace the used and bad product (power bank) you delivered to a fellow woman.

@instablog9ja So @OraimoMate, your company now delivers bad products and ask people to “use it like that”? That was the last statement your customer care rep made to @Ruthami3 before you people stopped picking her calls. This is so disappointing from such a supposed “big brand”

@wunidaniels @OraimoMate @zikkyoflay @OraimoNigeria @wunidaniels It’s pretty simple. @OraimoMate should pick up the faulty power bank they delivered to me and replace it with a new and functioning power bank.

The first picture is of the power bank I bought on Jumia. My friend liked it and decided to buy the same size from @OraimoMate but they messed up her experience. The responses from the CS team leave much more to be desired.
