Azerbaijan with Turkey's direct support continues its genocidal policy against #Armenians of #Artsakh . The Azerbaijani armed forces have targeted civilian infrastructure in #Stepanakert and #Shushi deliberately hitting a maternity hospital and a health center through airstrikes.
I would like to state that the efforts of the international community, this time brokered by the #UnitedStates, to establish a ceasefire, have failed. As a result of continuous shelling by Azerbaijan, civilians were killed and wounded in #Artsakh today. @realDonaldTrump

The air defense units of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army shot down an adversary warplane in the southern direction at around 8:30am. today. The situation is relatively stable and tense.
