@cincyman2002 @BuckeyeBlitzz I do think there was a slight path to win. LSU defense that year wasn’t great. Run the ball with Dobbins/Justin, let Chase young hunt, and hope the secondary hangs on against those receivers. Don’t think we win but I think there is more of a chance than people think.

@jrs_rankings How much of this is really Arthur Smith? We saw the same thing last year with Hartline. I think this is a Ryan Day problem

@JackDunkins01 21-16 IU. Offensive line concerns, lack of run game, and Julian/Ryan Day in a big/tight game worries. I have to see it to believe it. Also Haines vs. Arthur smith/Day makes me nervous

@ScootnBoogie 2024 was essentially a player driven mutiny that drove that national title run. Day is not a big game coach and at this point he is who he is. This is year 8.

@RBuckeyeOSUFan Last night left me with a lot of questions about the defense. Guys were running open all night even prior to the fourth quarter, guys just dropped balls or Arch missed them. Nobody on the D line can generate pressure on their own

@CordSamuels @universitycoop Pains me to say as a Buckeye, but I think being in Austin and offensive line problems bite us. 27-20 Horns.

@maverick_bet While I agree the OSU passing attack can potentially take advantage of the UT secondary, it may not matter because I have MAJOR concerns about the OSU offensive line. Also tight ends are mid and are a liability blocking

@TMieldezis @crowley_k @kylesheldon @USMNT People, myself included, will always tune into the World Cup but that’s once every four years. Most viewers wont watch again until 2030. The national team draws World Cup viewers but soccer as a whole year in and year out does not. MLS ratings are awful.

@crowley_k @kylesheldon @USMNT 100%. Regardless of what happens, as soon as our run is over our focus will immediately turn to NFL training camps and soccer as a whole will be an afterthought until 2030.

@TheBassSlayerz @gregauman Scheming and play calling is a completely different job than being the head man. You can be good at one and not the other

@CFBNerds At the end of the day it doesn’t matter being ranked #2, #7, #19, etc. Just take care of business and it will all work itself out. I’m more concerned about OSU getting wins on the field, not what voters think of them.

@953WDAE My dad would have him on the radio when he picked me up from school in the early 2000s. I was hooked. Listening to Steve at a young age got me into sports radio, podcasts, etc. Would give anything to hear him on air again. The 🐐 of sports radio in my eyes. RIP Big Dog ❤️

@MaizeCrusader Pains me to say, but 27-16 Michigan. OSU defense will do an admirable job holding up their end of the bargain but will eventually get too tired in the fourth quarter. Offensive line and QB struggles will doom the Buckeyes and Michigan is simply just better.

@JamesYoder Michigan is the new standard in the Big 10. We are basically Lincoln Riley’s Oklahoma teams. Flashy against inferior opponents, get bullied by equal talent. We are a finesse Big 12 team

Steve got me into sports talk radio when I was in middle school. I continued to listen after I left for college and from afar in Atlanta until his final show. I almost looked forward to Buccaneer losses so I could listen to his rants. A Tampa Bay legend #RIPBigDog @953WDAE

@DougLesmerises @BuckeyeTalkPod What’s more realistic at this point? Finishing 11-1 or 9-3?

@jomama52981959 @FakeUrban How do you figure? Saban is 2-2 against Meyer and 3 of the 4 games were in playoff/conference championship games, which Meyer is 2-1....
