If I drop a new creative into a existing Meta CBO campaign and it gets $0 spend, is it a loser? Do I just keep dumping in more creatives until one finally forces its way into getting spend, or is Meta just favoring the existing winners? Whats the play here media buyers??
Made my own profit tracker thats connected to my Shopify, meta, supplier etc. Way better than having to calculate everything on a spreadsheet. Thanks to @AnthonyEclipse for the idea.

Question for the ecom guys: Once I have a winning creative, should I move it out of my original CBO campaign and move it into a new campaign specifically for scaling?? And then use the original campaign just for testing new batches? I really wanna start pouring more budget into these creatives just not sure how to structure this.
Day 65 to 1k days Performance went back up after descaling a little bit but going to scale back up again slowly. Had a cash flow issue but thats fixed and creating a new campaign of iterations of my winner. And question: Why does meta dump all the budget into a video with worse CPA but barely spends anything on the video thats getting cheaper purchases?? If more budget was allocated to it would results drop on it?
@usamaejaz 1 of them is taking the majority of the spend, its also the one making the most sales
Day 63 to 1k day Have THREE videos cooking, ROAS is looking sexy after increasing budget and finally fixed supplier issue/orders got shipped. Things are slowly looking GREAT, my only concern right now is a cash flow issue but business card should be here today. I’ll see how this new budget maintains after a few days before increasing again. Also vibe coding a PnL tracker for this store to start showing daily margins, etc. from now on.

Day 64 to 1k day Morning started good with decent ROAS until performance dipped later through the day. Still not sure why, got multiple initiated checkouts on my winner ad but they got stuck there. Might descale a little bit and make another campaign to test out new creatives. Lets see how this goes.

Day 62 to 1k day So CLEARLY we have a winning ad. 7.7 ROAS like that is for sure a winning creative. I ended up turning off the old batch since it was just burning me money. Hopefully all budget allocates to the winner. Also think I finally got my supplier issue fixed, all orders should be shipped today and can start scaling more. Just fixing all these minor issues before scaling like crazy, I smell 1k soon… 👀
Just reached 1,000 sales for my supplement on TikTok Shop. The product has a very big market and there are not many supplements targeted directly towards this problem. If any affiliates age 30+ want to promote this we are offering high commissions, just send me a message 🤝
Day 61 to 1k day Hugeee drop off in ROAS, I don’t know why meta does this. Every time I have a healthy ROAS and I add a new batch/adset to the campaign the whole campaign starts to flop. I increased budget and added a new adset and I don’t know if that reset the campaigns learning process. Im not sure what to do whether to let it keep running or just make separate campaigns: One for testing and one for scaling.
Day 60 to 1k days Been maintaining a healthy ROAS, adding a new batch to the campaign and bumping budgets. Just been scared to scale bc of supplier issue but that should be fixed today. Overall things are looking alright and WE Will eat this Q4…
