@AbsaSouthAfrica All these prizes whilst you charge excessive bank charges and now all current account bank clients are informed that no further interest will be paid on positive balances!! Time to involve the banking ombudsman

@CityofCT This is a lot of "hot air" jargon. Why do we pay rates and taxes - this is surely included in that fee. Make it a standalone fee only allow the City to abuse this going forward!!! #unacceptable #PoorService

@CityofCT @geordinhl Please explain the additional "CITY-WIDE CLEANING" charge on my rates account! Until I see evidence of the streets being swept where I stay, this will not be paid by me!!!

@Leon_Schreib really disappointed by the poor and unacceptable service offered by your department!!! Had an 11h00 appointment at HA Office at Nedbank St George's Mall. A waiting room full of people (11) before my appointment!!! Explain why!!! #poor #unacceptable

@Office365 what a disappointment dealing with the support team!! 7 weeks and you still do not have the courtesy to respond with solutions!! Quick to take my money but nonexistent when service is required. Your system is riddled with flaws #PoorService #unacceptable #Useless
