关键不是「生成好看」，而是生成完还能调：半径、影响范围、推开幅度、衰减。 这才是传统后期能接手的东西。
用 Codex 连上 After Effects，复刻了一段圆形 UI 文字动效。 花了十几分钟。省下的不是「会不会做」，是一层层建文字、绑圆环、写表达式的时间。 AI 没取代后期，它把重复搭建交出去了。审美和节奏，还是人的。

不是生成一段视频，是让模型在当前合成里建图层、排圆环、加 Effector。 提示词几乎全是规格：尺寸、层数、半径、哪些滑杆要暴露出来。

今天正式把 AI 融入了我的 AE 制作流程，只能说：后期人的生产力要溢出来了。看图，现在直接输入一段动效描述，AI 就能自动拆解成 Layer-by-layer 制作计划，全自动用 AE 自身底层属性帮我构建完。更绝的是还能配置 Local Model（LM Studio）和各种大模型 API 跑本地脚本。时代变了。#AE #MotionDesign
