@YouTubeTV I've been bragging about YouTube TV to everyone I know after years of cable and was very happy with the service. I was excited about the new channels but when you increase the monthly price 30% in one stroke, there's no way I can continue.

@KassandraBritt @CapitalOne (2/2) 1. Let customers know that they won't accrue late fees for the next 6 months or so. 2. Don't do any negative reporting to credit bureaus for the same time so customers don't have to worry. They can post this on their homepage to ease concerns for all. #DoBetter

@KassandraBritt @CapitalOne (1/2) If they don't have the ability to handle the recent changes, as a billion dollar company with global resources, imagine how the average person who just lost their income is dealing with this. How about making some changes for all their costumers...

@GetSpectrum @SIRIUSXM Recently had to cut services due to layoffs this week. Just asked for the promotional pricing that is available for NEW customers and the answer was consistently, "No". Been a customer from Adelphia/Time Warner/Spectrum. I guess old money is not as good as new money.

@trshwat @sorensen_betty @GeneralHospital @lldubs It’s even more irritating in LA cause most of the time, it still comes on at 2; just Encore episodes with a message saying, “today’s scheduled episode will air tomorrow”. I guess tomorrow is never really here.

@XDustbunnies @GeneralHospital @ABC As of today, the last 7 episodes of GH are available online or through the ABC app. That's all that we're asking for. Not for ABC or GH to choose Port Charles over America, just make them available like they've been doing so that fans can watch them later.

@GeneralHospital If @TheView can be preempted and put their episodes online the same day, why can’t @GeneralHospital? They’re on the same network!

@TheView This happened with Fantasia Barrino. Some say it could even be a viable scam to get money out of someone wealthy. madamenoire.com/329705/fantasi…
