@johncraven1 Fact: Birth records do not seal at relinquishment, only upon an adoption finalization. If none of us had been adopted we'd still have our original birth certificates. What does this tell you? Answer: Records were sealed for the ADOPTERS, not for "birth mother privacy". #Adoption
