@eliz_blackstock @Jalopnik I love all the "this was about b2b" but if there are no "poors" as we were called, either at the track or watching on TV doesn't the value of any B2B transaction disappear? The series is listless ship in an ocean of mediocrity.

@eliz_blackstock @Jalopnik My goodness Eliza this is unbelievably well done. You hit on all the points, the rage the fans are feeling. Thermal was the crowning glory of a series that has completely lost touch; you brilliantly interwove the ineptitude of the event with the series shortcomings as a whole.
@eliz_blackstock @Jalopnik One of the best motorsports columns I have read in years...bravo Elizabeth! Yes, there is a palpable and historic aspect of IndyCar that prevents it from seeing markets clearly. Also, more manufacturer involvement is needed. It can be done!
