@ftlaudgrl @UPS @AmericanExpress @ShopSmall Just had a similar experience. Talked to 3 different people at UPS and I found barely understand any of them. They also did not understand the difference between a house and an apartment building, or a building number and a unit number. Went on a wild goose chase for my package.
