It took me 4 weeks to shake off a miserable viral infection that left me weak with coughing 24/7 I have enjoyed 1 week of normal health, and today I woke up with a sore throat, headache and myalgia No point, just wanted a moan

Soooo excited 😁 for this trial and the potential benefits for patients and staff. So much staff engagement and passion to break the traditional 8:30-4:30 5 days a week, just resp at the weekend @Leic_hospital @TeamItaps
Almost April when we are trialling a 7 day working pilot on ICU for 3 months 8-6, 7 days staffed by our icu team! ✅ weekend rehab ✅ early evening rehab/outside therapy ✅ extra time for additional resp treatments ✅ staff working 4 long days so better work life balance
