@virginmedia my virgin media fibre optic broadband is terrible, for several months it cuts out several times a day or is too slow to be usable. I've done all the troubleshooting tips but nothing fixes it?

@Parcel2Go My delivery with Parcel Force 48hr service has not been received by the sender, this was due by Wednesday. Tracking says its still at depot and you're unable to raise a claim, this isn't an acceptable service and I need to know when this delivery will be made

@Ryanair Why will you not give a refund option for flights to Spain when the UK government is advising against all but essential travel? I'm not going ahead with my trip later this month & would like a full refund

@Iberia_en Hello, I have booked a flight from Madrid - Manchester in August, however due to the latest Coronavirus quarantine restrictions I am not longer able to travel as I can't have the time off work to quarantine when I return to the UK. Can I get a refund?

@Iberia_en The only option is a voucher, is it possible to get a full refund instead?

@ASOS_HeretoHelp hello! I created a collection return with Hermes and have had an email to say it’s been picked up, but it hasn’t been collected. The courier came today when no one was home rather than the booked day tomorrow, please can you rearrange collection?

I took this photo as we were leaving #NotreDame about an hour before it caught on fire. I almost went up to the dad and asked if he wanted it. Now I wish I had. Twitter if you have any magic, help him find this 🙏🏼
