@bookingcom The only people willing to help me are scammers posing as Bookingcom. it's been 2 1/2 months now guys. when are you going to do something about this besides telling me to contact the support that keeps disconnecting the calls?

@bookingcom Yes, that is the whole reason why I'm calling. The change of ownership should have processed, and it didn't. They told me that my phone number was verified, and I still don't get phone calls back. Or, in other times, I just get disconnected before that step even comes.

@bookingcom I've said this over and over: I keep getting disconnected when I try to contact the partner support team, and there is no inbox that I can use, because I don't have a listing there. I've tried 20 times now. Really.

@bookingcom I've said this over and over: I keep getting disconnected when I try to contact the partner support team, and there is no inbox that I can use, because I don't have a listing there. But you do not seem to listen to me.

@bookingcom

@bookingcom (4 of 4) I have probably talked to about 20 representatives over the course of two months at this point. And no solution has been found. And I'm still getting disconnected, and getting no callbacks

@bookingcom (3 of 4) if I have not even gotten to that step or someone actually did call me back, I've been disconnected. The one time I had someone try to provide a solution, they said it would be resolved today, and it is not.

@bookingcom In order for your customer service to proceed with providing the customer service, they need to confirm a callback number, then they never call me back. I keep having to go through this process over and over, not receiving any sort of resolution.

@bookingcom Been having issues with Booking.com as a host for over TWO months now, and I've received no help. All I get is automated messages and disconnected calls. Please do not DM me with another automated message, and have a human being help me.

@Hostaway I reached out to your email support several times now and received no response. DM me

@bookingcom to any C-level execs at Booking: I am a property owner that has been disconnected on calls trying to resolve an issue on 10 occasions now over the last couple weeks. your X wall is basically a complaint forum. your company needs to improve things drastically.

@bookingcom Tried to resolve an issue on the phone today, and I was disconnected again. It's happened about a dozen times over the last two weeks.

@bookingcom I am a property owner, and I keep getting disconnected. This information doesn't help me.

@bookingcom I was just on the phone with a supervisor for about an hour and got disconnected an 8th time

just had the supervisor that I got disconnected with call back, and then got disconnected after another 10 minutes. For a grand total of 11 disconnected calls in two weeks with you guys. and please don't tell me to call again, as the solution.

@bookingcom you're not listening to me. when I call, the call gets disconnected. why are you telling me to call again?

@bookingcom on top of that, if I do actually get as far as giving all of my info to the rep, they need to do a "callback" and I never get the callback

@bookingcom every time I call to talk to a rep, I get disconnected. it's not my phone. this has happened probably 7 times.

@Hostaway I've had nothing but issues with your software and your customer support for 2 straight months now. can someone DM me?

@Fotor20 Hi I'm a Fotor Pro customer and have tried reaching support via email, chat, and Whatsapp and I don't get a response for all 3 channels
