I wonder if I'll always be perceived as an "enemy of Bitcoin" now. It seems like most Bitcoin maximalists and plebs considers me to be one these days. I consider myself an "enemy of stupidity in Bitcoin", but I ultimately I believed I've failed to communicate that distinction.

Going against the stupidity in Bitcoin has been one of the hardest, least thankful jobs and has gained me absolutely nothing, but caused me a lot of suffering. I did it because I thought it was the right thing to do, no matter the consequences.
@ercwl I believe your intentions. I definitely still consider you a friend.
@ercwl Fuck em. You do you. A significant percentage of the people that came into Bitcoin after 2017 are members of a Puritanical cult that know little about Bitcoin or its history. Let them revel in their perceived self-importance. Let them follow their leaders.
@ercwl I got into Bitcoin because I sought out perspectives that didn’t map with the orthodoxy of the world. I enjoy your tweets in the same way, making sure I don’t have blind spots and am always asking questions.
@ercwl Welcome to the club For what it is worth you earned my respect for standing up against stupidity Which is why I specifically wanted to debate you, as you put up the best possible defense for BTC They are stupid for not appreciating that even if the stupid outnumber us in BTC
