@RAYUSradiology i have been on hold for 40min trying to schedule an appointment for my patient. There is only one person who apparently can do this at the location for a patient with spinal stimulator that MRI-safe My first call was 1/2 with no call back. Unacceptable.

@SeatGeek I have responded to emails regarding a ticket issue. When I first responded, I was getting replies. My past two emails have gone unanswered, except to hear that “it looks like we haven’t heard back from you since our last update.” This is a lie, and I have the emails

@Huntington_Bank extremely disappointed in the customer service. Never got my title after payoff. I called and told that lien releases are sent electronically to NJ DMV. They are not and now on hold for 30min trying to get a release faxed. Waiting for “supervisor”.
