Normally SNL is just something I show to solitary prisoners at Rikers to torture them, but this is fantastic! I don't remember recording it because I spend most of my time in a fugue state caused by all the swagger particles flooding my brain. Anyway, can't wait to host.

2,000 discipline cases is only about one case for every four officers, which is pretty insignificant, especially compared to the 8,800 cases processed last year. The safety of our jails remains one of my top priorities, because with how I operate, I'm likely to end up in one.

It's important to keep your younger siblings in line. Moments after hiring my brother, I demoted him, docked his pay by $30k, and made him swear to always call me "Mr. Mayor." Maybe next time Bernard will think twice before telling all his little friends how weird I am!

A policeman broke my finger shaking my hand – that's how excited he was to meet Eric Adams. Now I'm deploying hundreds more officers to our subways, so ALL New Yorkers can enjoy the same enthusiastic welcome I did. I call it omnipresence, and there's nothing dystopian about it!

With my city in financial crisis, a man who can generate money from mysterious, unsavory sources is an asset, not a liability. I mean his name is literally "fill up banks." Phil knows firsthand the hold corruption has on the NYPD. He'll make a tremendous Shadow Commissioner.
